Who we are

ESDI EV Technologies develops and distributes electric drive systems for converting existing vehicles. From classic car electric conversions to motorsport projects – we supply the technology that brings classics into the future.

Our headquarters are in Germany, and we supply customers throughout Europe: ambitious DIY enthusiasts as well as professional workshops and engineering offices.

Motorsport DNA

ESDI is not just a parts supplier. We are active participants in electric motorsports ourselves. Our team has won 24-hour endurance races with electrically converted vehicles. This racing expertise is directly incorporated into the development and quality assurance of our products.

Every component we offer must meet the same requirements that we place on our racing cars: reliability under extreme conditions, precise function and complete documentation.

TÜV expertise

All our electrical conversions and main components are TÜV-certified and approved for use on German roads. We work closely with testing organizations and are familiar with the requirements for successful individual vehicle approval. Our control units meet OEM standards and have been developed to meet the specific requirements of German TÜV certification – including door contact safety functions and acoustic warning signals.

What drives us

We believe that the electric future shouldn't be reserved for new vehicles alone. Existing vehicles – especially those with history and character – deserve a second chance with clean propulsion. That's precisely why we develop our systems: TÜV-compliant, everyday-usable electric conversions that are fun to drive and reliable.
